Returns & Exchanges

At Shrimps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Shrimps garment tags and branded dust bags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
